These Terms of Use (hereinafter — the Terms) govern the relationship between Mironov Studio (Individual Entrepreneur Mironov, INN 665815277209, OGRNIP 321665800182450, hereinafter — the Contractor) and any person using the website (hereinafter — the User).

Section 1. General provisions

Section 3. Rights and obligations of the parties

Clause 3.2. The User undertakes not to use the website for purposes that contravene the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Clause 3.3. The Contractor undertakes not to transfer data received through the website forms to third parties, except in cases provided for by law and by the Privacy Policy.

Section 4. Liability of the parties
Clause 4.1. The Contractor is not liable for temporary unavailability of the website for technical reasons.

Section 5. Final provisions
Clause 5.1. These Terms remain in effect until the User stops using the website.
