COOKIE POLICY
Version dated 15 September 2026. Effective from the moment of publication on mironovstudio.online. This is a translation of the Russian original; in case of any discrepancy the Russian version published at mironovstudio.online/cookie-policy/ru shall prevail.
1. General provisions
1.1. This Cookie Policy (the “Cookie Policy”) has been adopted by Individual Entrepreneur Maxim Konstantinovich Mironov (TIN 665815277209, OGRNIP 321665800182450), hereinafter the “Operator”, and defines the procedure for using cookies and similar technologies on the website mironovstudio.online and all of its language versions (the “Website”).
1.2. This Cookie Policy is an integral part of the Personal Data Processing Policy published at mironovstudio.online/privacy-policy/ru and applies together with it and with the Terms of Use.
1.3. This Cookie Policy has been prepared taking into account the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” and Federal Law No. 149-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection”.
1.4. The current version of this Cookie Policy is published at mironovstudio.online/cookie-policy/en and is available to an unlimited number of persons free of charge.
2. What cookies are
2.1. Cookies are small text files that are stored in the user’s browser or on the user’s device when visiting the Website and are sent back on subsequent requests to the Website.
2.2. Similar technologies used on the Website include browser local storage (localStorage, sessionStorage), web beacons (pixels) and session identifiers.
2.3. Cookies do not contain and do not provide access to files, programs or data on the user’s device, are not malicious software and do not identify the user by name.
2.4. Certain cookies and anonymised web analytics identifiers may, in combination with other information, qualify as personal data. In such case they are processed in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy.
3. Categories of cookies used on the Website
3.1. Strictly necessary (technical) cookies. They ensure the basic operability of the Website: maintaining the session, operation of feedback forms and protection against repeated submission, storing the selected language version, remembering that the user has been informed about the use of cookies. Such files are set by the Website platform (Tilda Publishing LLC) and by the Operator. Without them the Website cannot function correctly, therefore they do not require the user’s prior consent.
3.2. Functional cookies. They store user settings and preferences, including the selected interface language (ru, en, kk), the state of pop-up notifications and data previously entered into forms.
3.3. Analytical (statistical) cookies. They are used by web analytics systems to collect anonymised information about traffic: the number of visitors, referral sources, pages viewed, visit duration, device and browser type. The data is processed in aggregated form and used solely to improve the Website.
3.4. Marketing (advertising) cookies. They may be used to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and to limit the frequency of displaying advertising materials. The Operator does not sell cookie data to third parties and does not use it to make decisions producing legal consequences for the user.
3.5. By duration, cookies are divided into session cookies, which are deleted when the browser is closed, and persistent cookies, which are stored on the device for a fixed period.
4. Specific cookies and technologies
4.1. Technical cookies of the Tilda platform (including tildasid, tildauid and similar) — identification of the visitor session and correct operation of the Website blocks and forms; storage period from the session to 1 year.
4.2. Website local storage records (including ms_consent_v2) — storing your decision to accept or reject analytics cookies, as well as the fact that the notice has been shown so that it is not displayed again; stored until the user clears the browser data or changes the decision via the “Cookie settings” link in the Website footer.
4.3. Cookies of the Yandex Metrica web analytics system (including _ym_uid, _ym_d, _ym_isad, yandexuid) — collection of anonymised visit statistics; storage period from 30 days to 2 years. The Yandex Metrica counter is initialised when the page loads, as it collects only anonymised visit statistics on the basis of clause 6.1 of this Policy; the user may opt out by means of the browser settings (section 10). Session recording (Webvisor) covers cursor movements, clicks and scrolling; the contents of form fields are not recorded. The terms of data processing by Yandex Metrica are determined by the documents of the operator of that service.
4.4. Cookies of the Google Analytics 4 web analytics system (including _ga and _ga_G-RRY5B2XKH1) — collection of anonymised visit statistics; storage period up to 2 years. The Google Analytics code is loaded and sets cookies only after the user has consented to analytics cookies; before consent Google Consent Mode is applied with the denied value. The service is operated by Google LLC (United States), therefore the use of Google Analytics involves a cross-border transfer of data — see section 8 of the Privacy Policy for details.
4.5. Cookies set by embedded services and widgets (maps, messengers, video hosting, payment and chat widgets) when they are used on the Website. Such files are set directly by the respective services and the Operator has no access to them.
4.6. The list of cookies actually used may change if the set of connected services changes. The user can review the current set of cookies in the browser settings, in the section relating to the website mironovstudio.online.
5. Purposes of using cookies
5.1. Ensuring the technical operability of the Website, correct display of pages and operation of feedback forms.
5.2. Storing the language version selected by the user and other interface settings.
5.3. Ensuring information security, detecting and preventing automated and fraudulent requests, protection against spam.
5.4. Collecting and analysing anonymised traffic statistics in order to improve the structure, content and usability of the Website.
5.5. Assessing the effectiveness of information and advertising materials placed by the Operator.
5.6. The Operator does not use cookies to collect special categories of personal data or biometric personal data.
6. Legal grounds
6.1. The use of strictly necessary cookies, as well as of Yandex Metrica identifiers used to collect anonymised traffic statistics, is based on the Operator’s legitimate interest (items 7 and 9 of part 1 of Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ) in ensuring the operability, security and development of the Website, as well as on the need to fulfil the user’s request to display the pages of the Website.
6.2. The use of Google Analytics cookies, as well as of functional and marketing cookies, is based on the user’s consent expressed in the manner set out in section 7 of this Cookie Policy.
6.3. Advertising and information messages are sent solely with the prior consent of the addressee in accordance with part 1 of Article 18 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ of 13 March 2006 “On Advertising”.
7. Consent and its withdrawal
7.1. On the first visit to the Website the user is shown a notice about the use of cookies with a link to this Cookie Policy and two equally prominent buttons — “Accept” and “Decline”.
7.2. The Google Analytics code and marketing cookies are loaded only after the “Accept” button has been clicked; until consent is obtained they are not set. The Yandex Metrica counter operates from the moment the page loads on the basis of clause 6.1 of this Policy. Continued use of the Website, navigation between pages or closing the notice does not constitute consent.
7.3. Refusal of analytics cookies does not restrict access to the Website or its content. The user may at any time change the decision via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of any page of the Website, and may also refuse the use of cookies by changing the browser settings or deleting previously stored cookies and local storage data.
7.4. Withdrawal of consent to the use of analytical and marketing cookies does not entail deletion of previously collected anonymised statistics if such data does not allow the user to be identified.
7.5. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may make it impossible to use certain functions of the Website, including submitting requests through feedback forms.
8. Transfer of data to third parties
8.1. Information obtained by means of cookies may be processed by persons engaged by the Operator to achieve the purposes of processing: the Website platform provider Tilda Publishing LLC, operators of web analytics systems, hosting and cloud infrastructure providers, operators of CRM systems.
8.2. The Operator does not sell information obtained by means of cookies and does not transfer it to third parties for purposes not provided for by this Cookie Policy and the Personal Data Processing Policy.
8.3. Information may be provided to state authorities, courts and other competent bodies on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
8.4. Cross-border transfer of personal data takes place when the Google Analytics web analytics system is used: depersonalised data on visits to the Website, cookie identifiers and the IP address are transferred to Google LLC (United States), and only after the user has accepted analytics cookies; the legal grounds and the procedure are set out in section 8 of the Privacy Policy. Embedded third-party services may process data on their own terms, which the user may review on the websites of the respective services.
9. Storage periods
9.1. Session cookies are deleted automatically when the browser is closed.
9.2. Persistent cookies are stored for the period set at the time of their creation, but no longer than 2 (two) years, unless a longer period is set by the terms of the respective service.
