Why DevOps matters

DevOps is about making deployment boring — automatic, repeatable and reversible with one command — and about seeing problems before your clients write to you about them.

What the service includes

We put the infrastructure in order and keep it under observation — from building a release to having a plan for the day something breaks
  • Infrastructure audit

    We look at where the project lives, how it is built and deployed and what will become a bottleneck as load grows. You get a prioritised list of risks.
  • CI/CD pipelines

    We build the pipeline: commit — automated tests — build — deploy to staging and production. Rolling back to the previous version takes one command.
  • Containerisation

    We package the application into containers and describe the environment as code. A new server comes up in minutes and exactly like the previous one.
  • Monitoring and logs

    We set up metrics, log collection and alerting. You learn about an outage from the system, not from a client in a messenger.
  • Backups

    We configure automatic database and file backups and regularly test restoring from them. A backup nobody has tested does not count.
  • On-call and incident response

    We respond to incidents under an agreed procedure, investigate the causes and fix the infrastructure so the same thing does not happen twice.

    From then on we work to an agreed procedure: monitoring, updates, incident response and a periodic report on the state of the system.
PRICING

What DevOps support costs

A one-off audit and pipeline setup are priced by scope of work; ongoing support is billed monthly and depends on the number of services, response-time requirements and whether out-of-hours cover is needed. Describe your project in the form below — we will propose a format and a price before any work begins. Our base rate for one-off work is 5,000 ₽ per hour plus 5% VAT. The monthly retainer is fixed in the contract and does not change during its term.

How soon will we see results?

What do you do about backups?
Database and file backups are taken automatically, with no manual steps — it does not depend on whether anyone remembered them at the right moment. And it is not a one-off setup: we test restores regularly. An untested backup is just a file on a disk, not protection from downtime.

We set up metric and log collection and configure alerts, so you hear about an outage from the system and not from a client in a messenger.
Can a bad release be rolled back?
Yes. The pipeline is built as commit, automated tests, build, then deployment to the staging and production environments, and a rollback to the previous version takes a single command.
