ACCOUNTING AND HR

Accounting and HR — strict bookkeeping handled end to end

We keep the books, calculate taxes and payroll, maintain HR records, file returns on time and answer the tax office. Order in the paperwork, kept as strictly as in the old accounts department. Yekaterinburg and remotely.

What outsourcing your accounting and HR gives you

An in-house accountant costs a salary, holidays and sick leave — and in a small company sits idle half the month. We take the whole thing: source documents, taxes, payroll, reporting and correspondence with the tax office. You get a predictable monthly figure, no late-filing penalties and someone to ask before you sign a contract rather than after. We take bank access in view-only mode, without signing rights — you send the payments yourself. Every client signs an NDA, and if we part ways we export your 1C database and hand over the files within ten working days.

What the service includes

A full accounting cycle for sole traders and companies on the simplified, general, patent and automated tax regimes — from sorting source documents to answering a tax office request. We keep the books in 1C.
  • Source documents

We receive and record invoices, delivery notes, acts and bank statements, and flag missing documents before an inspector asks for them.
  • Taxes and contributions

We calculate taxes for your regime, prepare payment orders and watch the deadlines. You know the amount and the date in advance.
  • Payroll and HR

We calculate salaries, holiday and sick pay, maintain HR records and file employee-related reports.
  • Reporting

We submit returns to the tax authority, the funds and statistics within the deadlines. Filing on time is our responsibility, not yours.
  • Dealing with the tax office

We respond to requests, prepare explanations and documents for desk audits and represent you under power of attorney.
  • Advice along the way

We answer questions as they come up: how to structure a deal, what happens to your taxes if the regime changes, whether to hire staff or contract them.

How the handover works

Switching over takes a few days. If the previous accountant left a mess, we clean up the earlier periods first.
  • 1. Getting acquainted

We learn what you do, which tax regime you use, how many employees and documents there are each month. That drives both scope and price.
  • 2. Reviewing the current state

We check what the previous bookkeeping left behind: outstanding filings, penalties, missing documents. We say plainly what needs fixing.
  • 3. Contract and access

We sign the contract, arrange power of attorney for the tax office and get access to the bank and accounting software.
  • 4. Migrating the books

We transfer balances and reference data and reconcile with the tax authority. From there we keep the books cleanly.
  • 5. Month-to-month work

Each month we collect documents, record them, calculate taxes and payroll and tell you the amounts due in advance.
  • 6. Reporting and control

We file on time, send you the confirmations and handle requests. Periodically we send a summary of where you stand.
PRICING

What accounting and HR support costs

The fee is monthly and depends on your legal form, tax regime, headcount and the number of documents each month. A sole trader with no employees on a simplified regime and a trading company with VAT and staff are very different workloads. Tell us about your situation in the form below and we will quote an exact figure before the contract is signed. Our base rate for one-off and extra work is 5,000 ₽ per hour plus 5% VAT. The monthly fee is fixed in the contract and does not change during its term.

Frequently asked questions about accounting and HR

Do you respond to tax office requests?
Yes. We answer requests, prepare explanations and documents for desk audits and represent your interests under a power of attorney.
