CRM IMPLEMENTATION

CRM implementation — a next-generation card index for your organisation

We set up sales pipelines, connect the system to your website and telephony, migrate your database and train the team — so every client is filed as carefully as in the old card index. Yekaterinburg and remotely.

Why your business needs a CRM

While enquiries live in notebooks, chats and the sales manager’s memory, some of them quietly disappear — and you only notice it in the revenue figures at the end of the month. A CRM keeps every client in one card index: who got in touch, what was agreed, when to call back, where the deal stands. We do not simply switch the system on — we shape it around your processes and work with the team until using it is easier than working around it.

What CRM implementation includes

The full cycle — from reviewing your processes to the point where the sales team works in the system every day
  • Process audit

We map how an enquiry travels from first contact to payment and where exactly it gets stuck. Skip this step and a CRM becomes an expensive notebook.
  • Pipelines and fields

We build pipelines around your deals, add the fields and stages you need and remove the rest — so a manager only sees what they will actually fill in.
  • Data migration

We move clients over from spreadsheets, the previous system and notebooks, clean up duplicates and bring phone numbers and emails to one format.
  • Website and telephony

We connect website forms, telephony, email and messengers: an enquiry lands in a card on its own, and calls and correspondence stay in the history.
  • Automation

We set up automatic tasks, reminders and notifications — the system reminds people to call back and never lets a deal sit silently for a week.
  • Training and support

We train the team, write short instructions and stay available for the first months, adjusting settings as real work reveals what needs changing.

How the project runs

Six steps from the first conversation to a system the whole team uses. Timing depends on the size of your database and the number of integrations — a typical project takes three weeks or more.
  • 1. Process review

We talk through how enquiries move today, who is responsible for what and what gets lost on the way. The result is a process map and a task list for the system.
  • 2. Choosing the system

We pick a platform that fits your scale and budget: Bitrix24, amoCRM or another option. If you already have a system, we work with it instead of arguing for a rebuild.
  • 3. Configuration

We build pipelines, fields, stages and access rights, show you the work in progress and refine it based on your comments.
  • 4. Data migration

We migrate clients and deal history, clean duplicates and unify phone and email formats. Nothing is lost along the way.
  • 5. Integrations and automation

We connect the website, telephony, email and messengers, set up automatic tasks and reminders. Enquiries reach the system on their own.
  • 6. Launch and support

We train the team, hand over instructions and stay in touch. In the first months we adjust the setup to how people actually work.
PRICING

What CRM implementation costs

The price depends on the number of users, pipelines and integrations and on how much data has to be migrated. A small sales team usually needs a basic setup, a larger company needs deeper integrations and custom work. Describe your situation in the form below — we will prepare an estimate and timeline before any work begins, free of charge. Our base rate is 5,000 ₽ per hour plus 5% VAT. The final estimate is fixed in the contract before work begins and does not change along the way.
Questions and answers

Frequently asked questions about CRM implementation

How much does CRM implementation cost?
Our base rate is 5,000 ₽ per hour plus 5% VAT. We send you an exact estimate free of charge before any work begins and fix it in the contract — after that it does not change.
How long does implementation take?
From three weeks for a typical project. We name the exact timeline together with the estimate, before work begins, and fix it in the contract as well.
Which CRM systems do you work with?
Mainly Bitrix24 and amoCRM — we have the most experience with them, but we will pick a different solution if it suits your task better. For Bitrix24 we hold official partner status: partner ID 22467618, which can be verified in the 1C-Bitrix partner registry by our tax number 665815277209.
Will you migrate our existing customer database?
Yes. We move customers and deal history, clean up duplicates and bring phone numbers and emails to a single format — nothing gets lost along the way.
What do you connect to the CRM?
Your website, telephony, email and messengers. We set up automatic tasks and reminders so that every enquiry lands in the system by itself.
What happens after launch?
We do not disappear once the project is handed over: we train your staff to work in the system and leave written instructions at hand. During the first weeks we watch how the CRM behaves in real work and fine-tune whatever turns out to be inconvenient in practice.
Do you only work in Yekaterinburg?
We work in Yekaterinburg and remotely across Russia.
